What we do
IRS Tax Relief Services
Every tax situation is different. We assess your case, identify the best resolution path, and handle every step of the IRS process on your behalf.
One Goal: Resolve Your Tax Debt
As federally licensed Enrolled Agents, we are authorized to represent you before the IRS for any tax matter. We evaluate every available resolution program and pursue the one that delivers the greatest relief for your specific situation — then we handle all IRS communication so you never have to speak with them directly.
Offer in Compromise (OIC)
Settle your tax debt for less than the full amount owed.
An Offer in Compromise is an IRS program that allows qualifying taxpayers to settle their entire tax debt for a fraction of what they owe. The IRS evaluates your income, expenses, assets, and ability to pay — and if your offer reflects what they could reasonably collect, they accept it as full payment.
- Full financial analysis to determine your Reasonable Collection Potential (RCP)
- Preparation and submission of IRS Form 656 and supporting documentation
- Negotiation with IRS Appeals if initial offer is rejected
- Protection from collection activity while your offer is under review
- Guidance on the 5-year compliance period after acceptance
The average accepted OIC settles debt at pennies on the dollar. Qualification depends on your specific financial picture — we'll tell you honestly whether you qualify.
Installment Agreements
Pay what you owe over time with a structured IRS payment plan.
When an Offer in Compromise isn't the right fit, an Installment Agreement lets you pay your tax debt in manageable monthly payments. We negotiate the lowest possible monthly amount based on your income and allowable expenses, and we ensure you're placed in the right type of agreement for your situation.
- Streamlined, partial-pay, and currently-not-collectible installment options
- Negotiation of monthly payment amount based on IRS allowable expense standards
- Penalty abatement requests to reduce the total balance owed
- Lien subordination or withdrawal requests where applicable
- Ongoing compliance monitoring to keep your agreement in good standing
A properly structured installment agreement stops IRS levies and wage garnishments immediately and gives you a clear, manageable path forward.
Currently Not Collectible (CNC) Status
Temporarily halt all IRS collection activity when you can't afford to pay.
If your income barely covers your basic living expenses, the IRS may place your account in Currently Not Collectible status — effectively pausing all collection efforts including levies, garnishments, and liens. This is a legitimate IRS hardship program, not a loophole.
- Financial hardship analysis and documentation
- Submission of Collection Information Statement (Form 433-A or 433-F)
- Immediate halt to wage garnishments and bank levies upon approval
- Annual review preparation to maintain CNC status
- Monitoring of the 10-year IRS statute of limitations on collection
CNC status doesn't erase your debt, but it stops the bleeding — and in some cases, the statute of limitations expires before the IRS can collect.
Penalty Abatement
Request removal of IRS penalties that have inflated your balance.
IRS penalties — failure-to-file, failure-to-pay, and accuracy penalties — can add 25% or more to your original tax debt. In many cases, these penalties can be reduced or eliminated entirely through a First-Time Penalty Abatement or a Reasonable Cause request.
- Review of your penalty history and abatement eligibility
- First-Time Abatement (FTA) requests for qualifying taxpayers
- Reasonable Cause abatement letters for documented hardship or circumstances
- Coordination with installment agreements or OIC submissions
- Written IRS response handling and appeals if abatement is denied
Many taxpayers don't realize they qualify for penalty abatement. We review every case for abatement opportunities before finalizing any resolution strategy.
Unfiled Tax Returns
Get back into compliance with the IRS — without fear.
Unfiled returns are one of the most common reasons tax debt spirals out of control. The IRS can file a Substitute for Return (SFR) on your behalf — and they never give you the deductions you're entitled to. We prepare and file all outstanding returns accurately, often dramatically reducing the balance the IRS claims you owe.
- Preparation of all unfiled federal and state returns
- Reconstruction of income and deductions from available records
- Coordination with IRS transcripts to identify all years at issue
- Voluntary Disclosure guidance to minimize penalties
- Integration with a broader resolution strategy (OIC, installment, CNC)
Filing your own returns — even late — almost always results in a lower balance than the IRS's Substitute for Return. We handle the paperwork; you get the deductions you deserve.
Levy & Garnishment Release
Stop wage garnishments and bank levies fast.
An IRS levy or wage garnishment can devastate your finances within days. As your authorized representative, we contact the IRS immediately, establish your case, and work to get the levy released — often within 24 to 72 hours of engagement — while we pursue a longer-term resolution.
- Same-day IRS Power of Attorney filing (Form 2848)
- Immediate contact with the IRS revenue officer or ACS unit
- Levy release request with supporting financial documentation
- Wage garnishment release coordination with your employer
- Transition to a permanent resolution program (OIC, installment, CNC)
If you've received an IRS levy notice or your wages are already being garnished, contact us today. Time is critical — every day of delay costs you money.
